LSD - Le Salon Dieppe Updated Operational Plan

Thank you for the support you’ve shown us during this time through your purchases on! 🛍

We've missed each other, and our clients after a full 75 day closure. We are set to reopen our doors on Monday, May 25th 🎉

NB appears safer than most of the world, but COVID-19 is active all over the planet and we’ll continue to take steps to stay safe in our new normal.

To operate safely in the new normal we are required to operate under updated regulations and practices. Please find those below.


We are temporarily removing walk-in options from our services. Please call or book in advance.

Clients whose appointments had been cancelled due to COVID closures were the first to be called to secure a spot in our chairs. We have now opened our booking availability to all. To book a service online now visit here.


We have removed our waiting area until further notice. Upon entering, we require that you wash your hands regardless of the service you will be receiving, and again when upon exit. Hand sanitizer is available for use at the entrance. We ask that you arrive no sooner nor later than 5 minutes ahead of schedule and stay in your car. Please call (preferred) or msg us to check in for your appointment. The door will be locked but a cosmetologist will meet you at the door when ready.


Please do not attempt to make an appointment if you feel unwell. You will not be permitted on site if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

• Fever above 38 degrees Celsius

• New cough, or worsening chronic cough

• Sore throat

• Runny nose

• Headache

• New onset of fatigue

• Unexplained new onset of muscle pain

• Diarrhea

• Loss of sense of taste or smell

• In children, purple markings on the fingers and toes

• Anyone having traveled outside of NB within the 14days before their appointment.

Displaying one or more of these symptoms upon arrival or during service will result in you being asked to pay for 100% of the services booked and an additional 5$ sanitation fee. Please let us know of any chronic ticks or conditions in advance.

Only one guest per appointment booked. Company is not currently permitted*.

*An exception will be made for parents with small children (one parent) or clients needing assistance (you may be asked to stand in a designated area; this will be at the discretion of the technician performing your service).


Cosmetologists will be wearing masks & a new pair of disposable gloves for each client, as well as face shields or lab coats for select services.

Clients must wear masks with elastic bands that wrap around the ears and covers the nose. If you own a mask, we recommend you bring your own. If not, they will be available for 1$ each. Clients will not be permitted to wear gloves. You must do your best to keep at least 6 feet of distance from all other clients when possible.


We are temporarily allowing no more than 1 retail client in our area at a time. We strongly discourage clients from touching our retail products before making a purchasing decision. For questions or advice on beauty products, a team member will make themselves available to offer assistance. Personalized online chat assistance is available as well with one of our team for any question about services and salon beauty products. When possible we encourage clients to shop online at and opt for curbside pickup or delivery.


Will be for staff and emergencies only. CLIENTS ARRIVING LATE: ⌚ We work to keep appointments on time. Arriving more than five minutes late will create delays with sanitation and set up for the next client. As a result and considering that our wait lists are longer than ever, any tardiness exceeding 5 minutes will require you to have your service paid for yet cancelled in full, or have your appointment significantly shortened. To reschedule, you will be expected to prepay your following appointment in full.


An average of 10 hours/week are lost to clients who book and then do not cancel or show up for appointments. We have updated our booking policies for both phone and online. 50% fee to cancel within 12 hours if we can't re-book your slot at our regular prices, and a 100% no show fee for clients who book appointments but cancel in advance or don't show up at all.

Online Bookings and By-Phone Clients will be sent a secured SSL encrypted link where they will be able to add CC details to their file through our global booking system.

If a CC is not option, clients will be able to send a refundable 50% deposit for services (in accordance with the above mentioned cancellation policy).


We have had to increase our prices to accommodate for significant increased costs related to sanitation and 2.5 months of closure.

Many of our clients have been understanding of this, but should you have questions or concerns, please let us know.
